EASTON Despite hours of pounding rain, flooded roads and warnings to stay inside, two people had accidents while allegedly driving drunk during Hurricane Irene.

The first accident happened at 10:30 p.m. Saturday on a flooded Black Dog Alley. Talbot County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jose Miquel Serrano, 47, of 719 Lomax St. in Easton after finding him in a disabled green Dodge at a house on Treesdale Drive.
