WASHINGTON (AP) A Maryland congressman has disciplined his chief of staff after an underage intern was allowed to drink alcohol at a party on a veranda at the U.S. Capitol last summer.

    Disciplined? Really?
    Then why is the man still working?
    He broke the law. Plain and simple. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He didnt know her age? He is her boss, he is the Chief of Staff. Ignorance sounds like a hugely lame excuse here.
    Sounds more like Dr. No slapped his best boy's hand, not "disciplined" him.
    And our taxdollars are paying a common criminals salary now.
    Dr. No has to GO! And take his common criminal Chief of staff with him.
    This is a disgrace to the office.
