CAMBRIDGE The state has picked an Annapolis firm to build a mixed-use development at the former Cambridge Marine Terminal property along the Choptank River.
Jerome J. Parks Companies was selected Wednesday by the Maryland Department of Transportation to build a mixed-use development of residential and retail units and restaurants on the 11.77-acre waterfront property at Cambridge Marine Terminal/Sail-winds Park, the state agency said in a press release.
