MASSEY - Saturday, Aug. 25, was a memorable day for 22 kids who took to the skies and became Young Eagles.

The Experimental Aircraft Association, Chapter 571, of Annapolis, sponsored the event. Four pilots of small planes, three of which were home-built kit planes, volunteered their time to take the kids on short flights, leaving from Massey Aerodrome, the host airport.
