DENTON — Christmas magic is all about the kids and so is CASA of Caroline. Enjoy free refreshments and fun children’s activities during the CASA of Caroline Community Open House from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5, 114 Market Street in Denton.

Cookies, hot cider, refreshments, and hospitality will be offered during and after the Denton Holiday Parade and Lighting of the Green. Enjoy festive activities for the children, including coloring books and a free raffle for a new bike to put under the tree.

Life-sized Disney characters, including Mickey and Minnie Mouse will make an appearance to spread some Christmas cheer. Guests are invited to bring a camera and take photos with the jolly Christmas characters from the North Pole. CASA members will be available to meet, greet and answer any questions regarding CASA and how we help the children of Caroline County. Find out how you can help “change a child’s story” too. CASA will also be accepting donations of hats, mittens, scarves, etc. for His Hope Ministries and those in need in our community.
