On Wednesday, July 22, confirmed COVID-19 cases in Maryland are 80,172, a one-day increase of 627 cases (with 3,801 on the Eastern Shore and 147 confirmed deaths). Since March 3, the testing volume is 1,000,179, number of negative test results 702,661, confirmed deaths 3,276, probable deaths 129, currently hospitalized 505 and released from isolation 5,434.
