On Thursday, July 23, confirmed COVID-19 cases in Maryland are 80,836, a one-day increase of 664 cases (with 3,835 on the Eastern Shore and 147 confirmed deaths). Since March 3, the testing volume is 1,016,222, number of negative test results 708,205, confirmed deaths 3,281, probable deaths 128, currently hospitalized 528 and released from isolation 5,434. Delaware reported 13,924 total cases, with 578 deaths. The number of negative test results is 148,427, currently hospitalized 56 and recovered 7,893.
