OXFORD — Join family and friends on Labor Day, Sept. 2, for PigaFigaLicious, a fundraiser benefiting the Oxford Museum.

It will be held from noon to 3 p.m. at the Oxford fire hall.

In addition to all-you-can-eat roast pork and turkey with all the fixings from Butch Frase, there will be special dishes created with figs by Oxford chef Richard Bank, plus entertainment by DJ Chris Startt, a 50/50 cash raffle and other surprises.

Tickets are $25 per person before Aug. 31 and $35 at the door. Children 10 and under are half price. Tickets include nonalcoholic beverages; there will be a cash bar for beer and wine. Scottish Highland Creamery will be on hand to sell its famous ice cream.

Proceeds will be used for general operating expenses and programs at the museum.

Founded in 1964, the Oxford Museum, a nonprofit, volunteer organization that provides resources for historical research and supports a variety of programs, activities and exhibits to foster knowledge and appreciation of Oxford’s people and history.
