EASTON — The XPD’s will wrap up this year’s Clean Water Concert Series with a free performance at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 6, on the corner of Harrison Street near the Tidewater Inn.
The XPD’s have been together for more than 30 years and know how to get their audiences up and dancing with a range of musical styles — jazz, R&B, Motown, rock, country, swing and everything in between.
Along with block-party fun, the annual Clean Water Concert Series celebrates the beauty and vitality of the Chesapeake Bay area. The series, made possible by a partnership between the Avalon Foundation and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, offers free live music, dancing in the streets and activities that engage kids in learning about caring for the Chesapeake Bay.
Activities will start at 6 p.m. on Harrison Street followed by live music at 7 p.m. The rain venue is the Avalon Theatre.
