EASTON — A 71-year-old Easton man faces criminal charges for pointing an unloaded shotgun at his nephew outside a home on South Street.
Easton Police said they were dispatched to the property on Nov. 21.
Reginald Larry Sullivan, 71, allegedly pointed the shotgun at his nephew Vincent Sullivan outside the home.
The nephew was attempting to see his grandmother inside the home. He previously lived at the residence. Reginald Sullivan was on the porch with the shotgun, according to police.
Police were called to domestic disturbance and Reginald Sullivan compiled with officers orders to put down the shotgun, according to an EPD announcement.
The weapon was founded to be unloaded. Reginald Sullivan still faces assault and reckless endangerment charges for allegedly threatening his nephew in the incident.
He was arrested and taken to the Talbot County Detention Center.
