EASTON — Easton police on Thursday, June 13, served an arrest warrant on Donald Lee Brooks, 60, of Bridgeville, Del.

Brooks was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (not marijuana) and possession of paraphernalia.

According to police, officers responded on Feb. 1 to Easton Village Way, where a man had fallen off a truck and was unconscious. The man was identified as Brooks, and after he was taken to the hospital, officers found heroin methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia in his possession, police said.

Brooks was released on June 13 on $1,000 unsecured bond.
