EASTON — A Centreville woman has been charged with theft at Target.

According to Easton police, officers responded to Target on Tuesday, Sept. 3, and met with store employees, who said they saw a store vendor conceal items under boxes and leave the store. The employees told police Cynthia List, 48, of Centreville had concealed $397.35 worth of merchandise.

List, who had been stopped by Target loss prevention staff outside the store, was arrested and charged with theft less than $1,500. She was released on personal recognizance.
