EASTON — Easton police on April 28 arrested a Cordova man on charges including failing to obey the lawful order of a police officer.

According to police, officers responded to a verbal domestic incident in the 200 block of Prospect Avenue. Police said a man there — Brain Paul Petrichenko, 35, of Cordova — told them he was leaving. Officers told him not to return or he would be arrested, police said.

According to police, officers came back about an hour later and found Petrichenko in a shed on the property.

He was arrested, and charged with failing to obey a lawful order and trespassing. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bond, according to online court records.
