EASTON — Easton police on Tuesday, July 9, arrested a Cordova man on fraud charges.

According to a news release, Terrance Warner of Cordova was accused of cashing two checks, totaling $833, belonging to Ross Flooring Installation LLC. Police said the owner of the business did not authorize the checks and did not know Warner.

Police said they obtained a warrant for Warner’s arrested on July 8 and served it the next day. During the arrest, officers found Warner in possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. He was charged for that offense on a criminal citation.

On the arrest warrant, Warner was charged with two counts each issuing a false document, forgery of private documents and theft under $1,500, and one count of fraud ID info theft.

Warner was released on $7,500 unsecured bond.
