EASTON — A man faces attempted burglary, drug and resisting arrest charges after allegedly trying to break into a business on Glebe Road near Washington Street and Marlboro Avenue.
Easton Police reported they responded to a disorderly conduct call in the same area on Saturday, Jan. 23, regarding a man causing a disturbance and the subject had fled the scene.
EPD officers then received a call regarding a potential burglary at a nearby business and a suspect was causing a disturbance.
According to police, officers arrived at the scene and 34-year-old Tuan Do fled on foot. He was apprehended by officers who also said they found “suspected methamphetamine paraphernalia” on Do’s person.
EPD listed Do as being from Woodbridge, Virginia. Court records list him as homeless.
He faces misdemeanor burglary, resisting arrest and drug charges in Talbot County District Court.
