EASTON — A mom faces DUI charges and allegedly failing to have her four-year-old son properly secured in a car seat after being pulled over on Friday by Easton Police.

Emily E. Clements, of Washington D.C., was pulled over Feb. 19 in Easton for “failing to drive right of center”.

Police said there was “a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming her breath.”

Easton officers said Clements failed a field sobriety test and was arrested. She was issued several citations and was later released into custody of a sober driver, according to EPD.
