Jones was arrested and taken to the Talbot County Detention Center. She was charged with controlled dangerous substance: possession of administrative equipment, CDS: possession of paraphernalia and CDS: possession not marijuana. She was to brought before a Talbot County District Court commissioner as soon as she was able, police said.
