CHESTER — Dfc. Lanard Pack of the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office was conducting a patrol check at the Kent Narrows Park and Ride at 9:24 p.m. April 28 when he observed a suspicious vehicle, police said.

When Pack spoke with the driver, identified as Alyson Hall, 18, of Church Hill, he reportedly smelled marijuana.

He conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle and found marijuana in an amount less than 10 grams and paraphernalia, according to the police report. Hall was issued a civil citation and released on her signature.
