QUEENSTOWN — The Queen Anne’s County Drug Task Force executed a knock and announce search and seizure warrant Sept. 24 leading to the arrest of Shantice Aunette Wise and Stefon Anthony Miller of 215 Fallen Horse Circle in Queenstown. Miller had been arrested earlier in the morning by the Maryland State Police Apprehension Team on two open arrest warrants through the State of Delaware. Wise was still at the residence.

Task Force personnel, assisted by uniformed troopers from the Maryland State Police Centreville Barrack, searched the residence and seized 3.3 grams of suspected cocaine, 424.7 grams of suspected marijuana, 5 Alprazolam pills, and $340 U.S. currency.

“Great teamwork and cooperation of many allied agencies by ensuring that we keep our community safe from anyone who wants to sell drugs here in our community. We have a zero tolerance for drug sales,” said Sheriff Gary Hofmann.

Miller, who was held on no bond for the Delaware arrest warrants, was charged by the with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of Alprazolam, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana over 10 grams, possession of paraphernalia, and several conspiracy related drug charges. He was held on an additional $5,000 bond.

Wise was charged with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of Alprazolam, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana over 10 grams, possession of paraphernalia, and several conspiracy related drug charges. Wise was also held on bond.

The Queen Anne’s County Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the Queen Anne’s County Office of the Sheriff, the Maryland State Police, the Queen Anne’s County State’s Attorney’s Office, and supported by members of the Maryland Natural Resources Police and the Centreville Police Department.
