DENTON — A medical emergency is believed to be the cause of a single vehicle crash around 10 a.m. July 27 on Harmony Road near Detour Road. According to Maryland State Police, driver Charlene Robbins, age 54, left the roadway, rolling her silver hatchback vehicle. She was alone in the car.
Units from Denton Volunteer Fire Department and Caroline County EMS responded to the crash along with Maryland State Police. Robbins was transported by helicopter to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
