ANNAPOLIS — Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford will visit two sites in Talbot County Friday, July 31:

2:30 p.m. Rutherford will join the United States Department of Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue and Easton Utilities to announce the Broadband ReConnect Program.

4 p.m. Rutherford will participate in a walking tour of downtown St. Michaels.
