ANNAPOLIS — Jack Ashley and his team from Ashley Premier Properties have affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and can be reached at their Eastern Shore location in Centreville or at the Annapolis Church Circle office.

The team, which comprises Jack Ashley, Norma Coursey, Wayne Bloodsworth and Joyce Wallace, will provide residential real estate services in communities throughout the Mid-Shore region.

Collectively, the team brings 120 years of local experience in real estate sales. As an affiliated team with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, it will be known as the Eastern Shore Team.

Ashley brings more than 40 years of experience in real estate sales. His extensive resume includes membership in the National Association of Realtors and Maryland Association of Realtors, and serving as past president of the Queen Anne’s County Board of Realtors, where he was instrumental in helping to consolidate the association with other area organizations into the Bay Area Association of Realtors.

A member of NAR, MAR and BAAR, Coursey has more than 35 years of real estate sales experience. She served as a board member of BAAR and has earned her graduate Realtor Institute designation from NAR. A lifelong resident of Queen Anne’s County, she has served as a past member of the Centreville Planning Commission and Queen Anne’s County Social Services board, and is a past president of Queen Anne’s County Chamber of Commerce. Bloodsworth has 10 years of real estate experience and previously was a postal worker for nearly 40 years, which allowed for his in-depth knowledge of the neighborhoods and amenities of the region. He also was involved with real estate investment for about 10 years before focusing on real estate sales. He is an active member of NAR, MAR and BAAR.

As an associate broker, Wallace brings more than 30 years of real estate experience, with a concentration on luxury and waterfront properties. She is a member of NAR, MAR and BAAR, and has earned her GRI designation from NAR.
