DENTON — Realty Navigator's Karen Hardy has been appointed to the Caroline County Board of Zoning Appeals.

"We love to see our agents succeed and excel in everything they do,"  said Petra Quinn, broker and co-owner of Realty Navigator. "We are very proud to call Karen one of ours and look forward to watching her grow in her new position with Caroline County and as a realtor.

Vince Payne, co-owner and president of the Realty Navigator Land & Farm Division, said: "They could not have picked a better person for the board of zoning appeals. With her vast experience in all aspects of new construction homes and as farm owner herself, Karen is aware of the importance of this board to the county and its controlled growth. Her professionalism and outgoing personality will make her a great addition to the board and will make those meetings more pleasant."

Hardy has lived on the Eastern Shore for more than 40 years. She has experience with the planning and zoning departments in Caroline, Queen Anne's and Talbot counties — new construction permits, septic system installations and subdivisions.
