EASTON — Rick Rider with Loan Depot will present a seminar on home buying and financing at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at the Easton VFW. The seminar is geared toward VA eligible buyers and home owners for 100 percent purchases and renovations.

Rider is a mortgage specialist for 35 years in the Mid-Shore area, a native Eastern Shore man, West Point graduate and Vietnam veteran.

Also, two realtors will be attending and providing local market information: Laura Anderson with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Annapolis and Denis Gasper with Benson & Mangold in Easton. A local title company, contractor and credit repair specialist were also invited to attend.

The seminar’s discussion topics will include home purchases, refinances, renovation loans for any purpose, VA eligibility, importance of credit, credit scores and credit repair, free credit reports available, importance of income stability, cash requirements, extra benefits for disabled veterans and more.

The Easton VFW is located at 355 Glebe Rd. Rider says the VFW 5118 will also offer free one-year membership for attending.
