SALISBURY — The principals of NAI Coastal have announced the addition of advisor Eric Cropper to their Salisbury office.

Cropper specializes in investment and hospitality acquisitions, and has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

“Having owned and sold my own properties for nearly 30 years, I understand the unique challenges and rewards of commercial real estate,” Cropper said. “As an advisor with NAI Coastal, I look forward to providing exceptional service to my current and future clients.”

Cropper is a native to the Eastern Shore and is well versed in the local economy. His real estate knowledge is amplified by years of experience in financial and insurance advising.

Outside his career, Cropper is active in his community and recently was elected to serve as the president of Worcester County’s Board of Education.

“As NAI Coastal continues to expand its footprint on the Shore, we remain steadfast in our commitment to growing with the right group of people,” principal Chris Davis said. “Eric has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the local hospitality industry and we foresee him being a great resource for our clients as they weigh their investment options. Eric’s commitment to the Delmarva region is evident in how he conducts business and we look forward to having him on our team.”
