RIDGELY — Senior running back Owen Doyle carried 15 times for 255 yards and three touchdowns Friday to pace North Caroline High's football team to a 34-14 season-opening victory over Queen Anne's County.

Bulldogs quarterback T.J. Bunce completed 5 of 10 passes for 142 yards. Mason McFayden had four receptions for 97 yards and McCabe Piavis had two catches for 45 yards.

Bunce and McFayden also each ran for a touchdown.
