Robinson earns Graduate Realtor Institute designation

Benson and Mangold’s James “Jimmy” Robinson recently earned his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.

EASTON — James “Jimmy” Robinson of Benson & Mangold for recently completed his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, according to the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors.

The GRI designation requires 90 hours of coursework and includes the sales process, legal and regulatory, technology and business courses plus professional standards. The GRI designation informs prospective buyers and sellers that this realtor has gained an in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate and shows the agent’s commitment to the industry through continued education.

Robinson specializes in residential property sales and said he wanted to obtain his GRI to get a deeper understanding of and show his commitment to the real estate industry. He plans to use this new knowledge to better serve his clients.

Robinson is a lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore, a graduate for Frostburg State University and currently lives in Centreville. He works hard on behalf of his clients to market their property or sell them the perfect home.
